I have tried 25 cases to verdict in California Superior and Federal court.
In my criminal practice, I have never lost a felony trial.
In my civil practice, my largest damages award was in excess of $5,000,000
I served as a Deputy District Attorney in Marin County from 2011 to 2017. I was promoted to the felony trial team after just one year in the office.
In addition to my law practice, I am an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University Law School where I teach evidence and trial advocacy. My spring 2018 semester syllabus can be found here.
